Basic information

Here we provide information about the processing and protection of your personal data at HUMUSOFT s.r.o. We collect, store and process your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (the so-called GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation").

Identity of the personal data controller

The administrator of your personal data is HUMUSOFT s.r.o. with registered office at Pobřežní 20, 186 00 Prague 8; IČO 40525872, registered in the commercial register kept at the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, insert 22302.

What personal data we process and its acquisition

We only process your personal data:

• name and other contact information (e-mail, postal address, telephone number)
• your organization (employer, school, ..) and your function in the organization
• the content of your communications with us (your requests for product information, requests for technical support, feedback and other related electronic communications in the form of submitted WWW forms and email messages)
• other information that you voluntarily provide to us (registrations for events organized by us, your contributions to our conferences, contributions to forums operated by us)
• if you are our customer, we also process information about your products and licenses to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of our contractual obligations (purchased products, their license variants and versions, maintenance periods and identification of authorized devices on which the programs can be run)

We obtain personal data mainly directly from you during personal meetings, from business cards, telephone calls, electronic correspondence and registrations on our website.

We also obtain your personal data as a result of our contractual relations with our business partners, as described below in the section "Sharing of personal data".

In addition to the above-mentioned personal data, when you use our WWW pages, we automatically collect information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, software and hardware attributes, data about your language preferences and movement on our pages. This data uses "cookies" files on your computer and is anonymized. Your identity cannot be uniquely determined from any of this data. In no case does our company use this data for profiling (automated processing of personal data with the aim of evaluating certain aspects of behavior related to a natural person).

Our company does not process any data falling under the Special categories of personal data as defined in the Regulation.

Use of personal data

We use your personal data for:

• important messages regarding products supplied by us (new versions, etc.);
• providing information about news in our offer;
• sending invitations to events organized by us (seminars, workshops, conferences, training, etc.);
• individual communication with you in case of solving your questions and requests;
• individual communication with you as part of the performance of customer services.

We use anonymized movement data on our website for analytical purposes. We also use the third-party services Google AdWords and Google Analytics. We use information about your language preferences for the automatic selection of the language in which our WWW pages are displayed to you.

Storage of personal data

We store personal data on our own secure servers and on the servers of the aforementioned analytical service providers.

Time of processing your data

We will process your data for the entire period of use of our services (i.e. the duration of the contractual relationship between us) and based on your consent for a period of 10 years, unless this consent to the processing of personal data is revoked by you.

Here, however, we would like to point out that the personal data that are necessary for the proper provision of the service, or in order to fulfill all our obligations arising from the contract between us or from generally binding legal regulations, we must process regardless of your consent for the period determined by the relevant legal regulations and in accordance with them even after any withdrawal of your consent.

Sharing of personal information

We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to third parties. This does not include trusted third parties who operate our website and our business partners listed below. We have contracts with all these partners that ensure the confidential nature of shared data.

The company HUMUSOFT s.r.o. is the exclusive distributor of the companies listed below. We share your personal data with these companies to the extent necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations:

• If you register on the websites of these companies and request any information from them, your request is forwarded to our company for processing. We will then contact you on behalf of our business partners.
• If you purchase any of the products of these companies from us, our company is obliged to provide the business partner with the data required for the processing of the given order as part of the order. These are your contact details and the details that define the purchased product (product configuration, version, license variant, identification of authorized users / computers).

Can we process your personal data even without your consent?

Yes, we can process your personal data even without your consent, but only for the purpose of:

• fulfillment of legal obligations arising for us from generally binding legal regulations; or
• processing that is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests (e.g. for direct marketing, ensuring the security of our websites).
